1. Service
Contenter provides tooling for the channel owner to generate, review, and publish video content to social platforms. The TikTok developer App “contenter” is an integration used only by authorized operators of Hạnh Phúc Mỗi Ngày.
2. Acceptable use
- Publish only content you own or have rights to distribute.
- Comply with TikTok, YouTube, and Meta platform policies.
- Do not use the App to spam, harass, or distribute illegal content.
3. AI-generated media
Some videos may include synthetic / AI-assisted media. Where platforms require disclosure, the App sets the appropriate flags (e.g. TikTok video_made_with_ai, YouTube synthetic media).
4. No warranty
The App is provided as-is for the channel’s internal publishing workflow. Platform outages, API changes, or review decisions by TikTok may affect availability.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contenter is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App or third-party platform actions.
